Welcome! We’re so glad you’ve found us!

We’re the Clevenstines.

We’re a small family fruit business in Addison County, Vermont. Read more about us and about the history of the business.

You’re probably wondering how all this works. It’s pretty simple, actually.

Where do I start?

Actually, we start by updating the website every Monday morning after getting word from our growers. Then it’s your turn. Look over our fruit availability for the week and add the fruit you want to your cart. You’ll need to select volume size and quantity.

Place your order each week by 10 AM on Wednesday.

How do I pay?

You might notice that there is no “pay” option on our website. You may pay with a check or cash when you pick up your fruit (sorry, but we don’t have the ability to accept credit cards). You may also send payment via Venmo: @Paradise-Fruit

Can I buy a crate of fruit?

We get it. The desire for enormous amounts of orchard-fresh fruit is understandable. However, crate availability depends on the fruit you choose. Half-bushel peaches (both yellow and white) and half-bushel nectarines (both yellow and white) come in a wooden crate. There is a $6 deposit on all wooden crates. For each 1/2-bushel of peaches or nectarines in your order please add a wooden crate deposit. You will be refunded $6 for every crate returned at future pickups or at our farm stand in Panton.

How do I get my fruit?

While we cannot offer home delivery, we know that Panton is quite a trek for some long-time Paradise Fruit customers.  To make sure you have a fruit-full summer we will have designated pickup hours each Friday in Middlebury, Bristol, Lincoln, and Vergennes. Or you can pick up your order on Friday or Saturday at our farm stand in Panton.

When you place your order be sure to designate which location is most convenient for you and we’ll be there waiting with your fruit packed and ready to go!

Can I buy fruit from you if I don’t live in Addison County?

Sure! But you’ll have to come visit beautiful Addison County to pick it up. The real appeal of Paradise Fruit, we think, is the personal connection between our family and our customers. Whether you stop by our home or we meet you at one of our pickup locations … it’s personal!
